Hukuk alanında, anüs yolu ile gerçekleştirilen tecavüz, livata olarak tanımlanır. Fiili livata olarak da geçen bu terim kendi içerisinde ikiye ayrılır. Bir kez gerçekleştirilen tecavüz suçuna akut livata denir. Kronik livata ise birçok kez ifa edilmiş tecavüz anlamına gelir.


Livata yoluyla ilişki nedir?

Maliki ve Hanbeli mezheplerine göre bazı hadisler baz alınarak livata yapan kişi evli olsun ya da olmasın recmedilmesi gerekir. Hanefiliğin kurucusu Ebu Hanife'ye göre ise livata ile zina birbirinden ayrıdır ve dolayısıyla cezaları da aynı olamaz.

Livata nedir diyanet?

Cinsel suçlar içinde değerlendirilen fiili livata, kişinin istem dışı olarak anüs yoluyla cinsel ilişkiye zorlanması durumudur. Yaş küçüldükçe erkek olgular, yaş arttıkça kadın olguların anal yoldan cinsel şiddete maruz kalma riskinin artığı belirtilmektedir.

Allah Livatayı affeder mi?

Erkekler arasındaki eşcinsel ilişki. Kadınlar arasındaki eşcinsel ilişki. Çift cinsiyetli veya cinsiyeti belirsiz kimseler için kullanılan bir fıkıh terimi.

Livata yapmanın cezası nedir?

Hangi sebeple olursa olsun, bu işi yapan ve yaptıran lanetlenmiştir. Derhal tevbe etmelidir! Cenab-ı Hak, tevbe edenlerin tevbesini kabul eder.

Ağız yoluyla cinsel ilişki günah mı?

Livâtanın veya başka bir deyişle homoseksüelliğin Islâm hukukundaki cezası, bazı fakihlere göre zina cezasıdır.

Cinsel organa dokunmak zina mıdır?

Bu konuda görüş ayrılıkları vardır. Pek çok alim oral seksin caiz olduğuna inanır, ancak beğenilmez görür. Sözlü-genital teması caiz gören âlimler grubu büyük ölçüde Hadis ve Kur'an'da böyle bir eylemi yasaklayan açık bir emir bulunmamasından dolayı caiz görmüşlerdir.

Evliyken Sevişmek zinaya girer mi?

Bu çerçevede nâmahrem bir kimseye cinsel arzu ile bakma, dokunma, tutma, öpme ve ilişkiye girme gibi fiillerin hepsi yasaklanmıştır. Kur'an'da zinaya yaklaşılmaması gerektiği belirtilip, zina hayasızlık ve kötü bir yol olarak sayılmıştır.

Livata nasıl yapılır?

İlişkide zina olması için cinsel ilişki olması gerekir. Bunun dışında “el zinası”, “göz zinası” gibi ifadeler hakiki değil mecazi anlamdadır ve sakındırma amaçlıdır. “Arkadaşlık”, “flört”, “birlikte yaşama”nın kendisi değil; bu tür bir ilişkide cinsel ilişkiye girmek zinadır.

Fiili livata nasıl anlaşılır?
