Mutasarrıf günümüzde ne demek?

Tasarruf etmek hem tutumlu olmak hem de idare etmek anlamına gelir. Bu kelimeden türetilmiş olan mutasarrıf sözcüğü ise tasarruf eden, yöneten ve idare eden gibi anlamlara gelir.

Mutasarrıf vali mi?

Tanzimat'tan sonra bir sancağın (liva) en büyük mülkî amirine verilen san. Osmanlı Devleti'nde ülke, vilayet, sancak, kaza, nahiye olmak üzere idarî birimlere ayrılmıştı. “Vilayet”in başında “vali”, “sancak”ın “mutasarrıf”, “kaza”nın “kaymakam”, “nahiye”nin ise “nahiye müdürü” bulunuyordu.


Mutasarrıf ne demek islam ansiklopedisi?

Osmanlı taşra teşkilâtında sancak veya livânın mülkî âmiri için kullanılan unvan. Bayrak, bunun temsil ettiği askerî birlik ve idarî bölge için kullanılan bir terim.

Liva mülki ne demek?

1. Bayrak. 2. Mülki idarede kaza-vilayet arasında bir derece, sancak.

Osmanlıda valiye ne denir?

Zamanla beylerbeyilik tabirinin yanında eyalet, beylerbeyi unvanıyla birlikte de vali terimleri kullanılmaya başlanmıştır2. Beylerbeyiler sorumlu oldukları bölgenin mülki, mali ve askeri yöneticileriydiler.
