İltica hakkına sahip kişiler, tanınmış mülteciler ve Sosyal Yardım Dairesinden veya Jobcenter'dan sosyal yardım alan geçici koruma hakkına sahip kişiler genellikle iltica prosedürünü tamamladıkları federal eyalette üç yıl kalmak zorundadır.

Çadır kampları nerelerde var?

6831 sayılı Orman Kanunu'na göre ormanlarda kamp yapılabileceği açıkça belirtilen yerler dışında gecelemek yasaktır. Ancak bu konuda mevzuata özel olarak ayrılmış ve kamp yapılabilecek meşru olan yerleri görebilecekleri bir sistem oluşturulmamıştır.

Buna göre, Ocak 2024'ten itibaren her mülteci için 7 bin 500 euro ödenecek.

Istanbulda nerelerde kamp yapilir?

Buna göre mültecilik başvurusu sonuçlanmadan gönüllü geri dönüşe karar veren kişilere 12 ay boyunca aylık 1200 Euro ve eğer 12 yaş altı çocukları varsa her biri için de 600 Euro verilecek. Mültecilik başvurusu tamamlanmış ve reddedilmiş kişilere ise aylık 800 Euro ve 12 yaş altı çocuklarına da 400 Euro verilecek.

Almanya mültecilere aylık ne kadar para veriyor?

Bunun dışında doğada çoğu yerde yapılmasını izin verilirken istisnai bazı yerlerde çadır kurmak yasaktır. Orman, kumsal ve plajlarda kamp yapmak sadece ruhsatlı kampçılık (camping) işletmelerinde serbesttir.

33 ay AB Mavi Kart sahibi olduktan sonra, süresiz oturum iznine başvurabilirsiniz. Sadece 33 aylık emeklilik sigortası primi ödemiş olmanız, uygun bir işe sahip olmanız ve A1 seviyesinde Almanca konuşmanız yeterlidir. B1 seviyesinde Almanca konuştuğunuz takdirde, sadece 21 ay sonra da süresiz oturum izni alabilirsiniz.
