Çini tekniği nedir?

En temel tabiriyle çini sanatı fayans, porselen, seramik gibi eşyaların üzerine çeşitli figürlerin işlenmesiyle süsleme yapılmasıdır. Çini kelimesi genel anlamıyla Çin'e ait demektir. Bu nedenle Türk tarihine girişinin de Çin kültürüyle yakından alakalı olduğu düşünülmektedir.
