A-FERİN FORTE öksürük ve soğuk algınlığı preparatları grubuna dahildir.

Aferin şurup bebeklere ne kadar verilir?

Ateş düşürücü olarak ilk tercihimiz her zaman parasetamoldür (Calpol, Minoset, Tylol gibi). Parasetamolün şurup ve fitil formu (Paranox-S) bulunmaktadır. Bilmemiz gereken şudur ki bu iki ilacı aynı anda kullanmamamız gerekmektedir.

Aferin şurup çocuklara kaç saat arayla verilir?

İki ayın altındaki bebeklerde kullanılmamalıdır. Bu dozlar, her doz arasında 4 saat veya daha uzun aralık bırakılarak günde 4 kez tekrarlanabilir. En fazla günde 10-15 mg/kg bölünmüş dozlar halinde 60 mg/kg kullanılır. Hekim önerisi olmadan 3 ardışık (üst üste) günden daha uzun kullanmayınız.

Aferin Çoçuk şurup nasıl kullanılır?

Her altı ile sekiz saatte bir verilebilir, günde üç defadan fazla verilmemelidir.

A-FERİN ZERO 120 mg/5 mL pediatrik şurup “Bebek ve çocuklar için” Ağızdan yutarak alınır. Etkin madde: Bir ölçek (5 mL), 120 mg parasetamol içerir. Bu ilacı kullanmaya başlamadan önce bu KULLANMA TALİMATINI dikkatlice okuyunuz, çünkü sizin için önemli bilgiler içermektedir. Bu kullanma talimatını saklayınız.

A- FERİN SİNÜS sakinleştirici ilaçlarla kullanılmamalıdır. Moklobemid ile birlikte kullanımı hipertansif kriz (ciddi kan basıncı yükselmesi) riski oluşturur. Kardiyak glikozidlerle (kalp yetmezliğinde kullanılır) birlikte kullanım kalp ritmi bozukluğu riskini artırır.

Ateşi olan çocuğa hangi ilaç verilir?

Artık dönüşümlü ateş düşürücü verilmesi önerilmemektedir.

Aferin şurup ne kadar sürede etki eder?

Ateşi olan çocukta yan etkileri daha az olduğundan öncelikle parasetamol içeren ateş düşürücüler (calpol, parol, minoset vb.) tercih edilmelidir. Parasetamol 4 saatten sık olmamak kaydıyla günde 4 kez (her seferinde kg başına 10-15 mg dozunda) kullanılabilir.

Bebekler için soğuk algınlığına ne iyi gelir?

Günde 3 – 4 defa kullanılabilir. Etkisi 30-45 dk içinde başlar. 6 aydan büyük çocuklarda kullanılır. Uzun süreli ve yüksek doz kullanımda böbrek ve mide üzerinde yan etkileri vardır.

Dolven şurup ne işe yarıyor?

Bebeğin ne zaman hastalığa yakalanacağı belli olmaz. Her zaman bebek parasetamolü veya ibuprofen bulundur. Aynı zamanda tıkanık burunları temizlemek için tuzlu su içeren burun damlaları bulundurmak ve bebeğin göğsüne okaliptüs merhemi sürmek yararlı olacaktır.
