Bögürtlen sosu nasıl yapılır?

Küçük bir kasede 1 yemek kaşığı nişastayı 1/2 çay bardağı su ile eritin. Böğürtlenlerin üzerine ilave edip, ara sıra karıştırarak pişirin. Karıştırırken kaşığınızın tersi ile hafif hafif böğürtlenleri ezin. Pişirdiğiniz böğürtlenli sosu ocaktan alıp, ılıdıktan sonra pasta veya muhallebileriniz de kullanabilirsiniz.

Frambuaz sos nasıl yapılır?

İlk olarak tencereye nişasta ve suyu alarak karıştıralım. Üzerine frambuaz ve toz şekeri ekleyerek tekrar karıştıralım. Daha sonra tencereyi ocağa alalım frambuazlar yumuşayıp püre haline gelinceye kadar karıştırarak pişirelim. Sosumuz koyulaşıp kaynadıktan sonra ocağı kapatalım.
