Anal apsenin tedavisi cerrahidir. Anestezi altında apse drenajı yapılır, insizyon için anüse en yakın yer seçilmelidir. Abse boşaltıldıktan sonra, ağrı, ateş ve diğer iltihabi bulgular hızla iyileşecektir.
