Bilindiği gibi İmam Ebû Hanife'ye göre uzun yolculuğun süresi üç gün ve üç gecedir. Hanefî fakihler bu süreyi yaklaşık 85-90 km. olarak tespit etmişlerdir. İmam Şafiî'ye göre de uzun yolculuğun süresi iki gün veya iki gecedir. Şafiî fakihlerden bu süreyi 144 ve 178 km'ye kadar çıkartanlar vardır.

Seferi olmak için kaç gün?

Sürekli gidip geldiği iş yeri en az 90 km uzakta olan ve iş yerinin bulunduğu yerde her defasında Hanefîler'e göre 15, Şâfiîlere göre 4 günden az kalan kişinin, iş yerinin bulunduğu şehirde otel, misafirhane vb. bir yerde kalıyorsa orada seferî sayılır.

Seferi iken iftar nereye göre açılır?

Hanefi'de sefer mesafesi 104 km, müddeti de 15 gündür. Giriş-çıkış günleri hariç, 15 veya daha fazla gün kalırsa mukim olur. Fakat giriş-çıkış günleri ile beraber 15 gün kalırsa seferi olur. Çünkü giriş-çıkış günleri sayılmadığı için 13 gün kalmış olur.

Oruç tam olarak ne zaman başlar?

Seyahate çıkan kişilerin, imsak ve iftarları o anda bulundukları yere göre yapmaları gerekir. Uçakla seyahat eden oruçlu kişiler de, uçuş esnasında uçağın üzerinde bulunduğu yere göre imsak ve iftar yapmalıdırlar.

Ne gibi durumlarda oruç tutulmaz?
