Öncelikle belirtmek gerekmektedir ki hastanın acil statüsünde bir durumunun bulunması durumunda ücret talep edilmesi yasal değildir. Acil statüsüne giren hastalar bakımından ise Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın Acil Sağlık Hizmetleri kapsamında Yeşil Alan Uygulaması kapsamına giren hastalardan ücret alınamayacağı kabul edilmiştir.


Acilde muayene ücreti ne kadar 2023?

Sağlık yönetmeliğine göre, acil servislerde yapılan tedaviler için herhangi bir ücret talep edilmesi söz konusu değildir. Bu kural, tüm vatandaşların acil sağlık hizmetlerine eşit ve ücretsiz bir şekilde erişimini garanti altına almak için konulmuştur.

Acil giriş ücreti ne kadar?

Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından yayınlanmış olan tebliğe göre maddi durumuna bakılmaksızın özel hastanelerde acil muayene ücreti talep edilmemektedir. Bu nedenle özel hastanelerin acil servisine başvurmak isteyen kişilerin herhangi bir ödeme yapmalarına gerek olmamaktadır.

SUT hükümlerine göre özel sağlık hizmet sunucuları acil servislerinde kırmızı ve sarı alan muayenesine giren hastalardan ilave ücret alınmamaktadır. Sadece yeşil alan muayenesine giren hastalardan ilave ücret alınmaktadır.

Hangi durumlarda özel hastaneler para alamaz?

Serum, ilaçlar, sarf malzemelerinin hastaneye göre değişkenlik göstermesi ile birlikte 80TL-350TL arasında değişkenlik göstermektedir. Örnek Özel Hastane Acil müşahede odasının kullanım ücretleri; Hastanenin yeri ve sınıfına göre değişkenlik göstermekle birlikte 50TL-250TL arasında ücret alabilmektedirler.
