Mekonyum aspirasyonu nasıl tedavi edilir?

MAS'ın tedavisi temel olarak hava yollarının mekonyumdan temizlenmesi, sürfaktan uygulanması ve destek tedavisine dayanmaktadır. Sedasyon, alkalizasyon (parenteral bikarbonat infüzyonu), paralitik ajanlar, analjezi, minimal dokunma, aspirasyon diğer tedavileri oluşturmaktadır(4,12).
